MINCO Launches “We Are One” Campaign Rooted in Community, Strength, and Purpose

Industrial services leader unveils culture-driven initiative built on the belief that no one wins alone

CONROE, Texas — Minco, Inc., a leading provider of industrial fabrication and precision CNC machining, today announced the official launch of its We Are One campaign — a company-wide initiative centered on three core values: Community, Strength, and Purpose. Rooted in the belief that individual skill is multiplied in community, the campaign redefines what it means to be a team on the shop floor and beyond.

A Culture Built on More Than Craft

The We Are One campaign draws inspiration from an ancient lesson in teamwork: the biblical account of Moses, Aaron, and Hur, in which two men held up the weary arms of their leader until the battle was won. For Minco, the message is clear — no machinist, welder, or inspector succeeds in isolation. The strength of the team comes from each member showing up, sharing knowledge, and holding one another up through every shift.

“Your individual skill is essential — but it’s your skill in community that produces quality at the level Minco’s customers demand,” said J.B. Cheatham, General Manager. “We Are One is not just a slogan. It is how we build, how we work, and who we are.”

Four Pillars of the Campaign

The We Are One initiative is built on four actionable commitments that Minco team members are called to live out every day:

• Prayer — Looking out for one another beyond the job, recognizing that the whole person matters.
• Encouragement — Reinforcing teammates rather than replacing them, offering support through words and presence.
• Presence — Showing up for one another, especially on the hard days, because solidarity changes everything.

The Minco Standard

The campaign also introduces the Minco Standard — a set of shared workplace expectations that include sharing knowledge across generations of craftsmen, catching each other’s mistakes before they reach the customer, and solving problems together from the floor up. “The best answers come from the floor — not the office,” the campaign reminds every team member.

Better Together

The closing message of the We Are One campaign is simple: no one on the Minco floor should feel unsupported or unseen. “If your arms are heavy, we hold them up. That’s Minco,” reads the campaign’s final call to action. The initiative will be featured across Minco’s internal communications, morning meetings, and company website.
